Merapi Oh Merapi
The eruption of this mountain have 68th times from the year of 1548. The Merapi mountain eruption dangerous because of the location of this mountain surround by big city like Yogyakarta, Sleman, Klaten and Boyolali. The biggest victim after eruption happen on 1930 that make 1400 of peoples died.
Merapi mountain has height of 2968 meters above sea level, as one of the most active mountain in the world. The location on the middle of Java island and surround by full of civil make this mountain dangerous. Mountain eruption is not create a bang sound but issuing hissing sound together with lava and hot volcanic dust that can make creature die because the high temperature until 800 Celsius degree.
Last time on 28 of October 2010 this mountain erupt again, hundreds people died. After this eruption make ash rain in everywhere till Bandung and Bogor city. In Yogyakarta is not just exposed by ash rain, but also gravel and sand rain.
