Aluminum Electropolishing
Electropolishing can be a pretreatment for anodizing or a substitute for bright dipping anodized aluminum. Fort Wayne Anodizing does a lot of automotive finishing, however it also doing in other industry like in appliance tools.
The aluminum parts are the anode (thus the term “anodizing”) and current is passed through the bath solution. Electropolishing is the process of smoothing and/or brightening a metal based use aluminum.
ISO approved metal finishing that include MEDCOAT 2000 (a medical device coating). Anodizing, titanium anodizing and hard coat anodizing are also available.
